Yes we're still alive! Living in non-stop chaos but alive nonetheless :) It's starting to look like the number of kids I have equals the number of months in between blog posts...whoopsies. Hopefully I will get the hang of this #2under2 thing soon, but for now I just rotate between feeding Pres, changing her, feeding Kai, changing him, cleaning up after them, scrubbing blow outs out of clothes, making a quick something for me to eat, and then pumping every 4 hours (since little Pres will only take a bottle and won't nurse).
Anyways, we had to take some time and go to the tulip festival, since the tulips are absolutely breathtaking! And we had to snap some pics of my girl and me in the flowers, because I want to frame them and hang them in her room. She's such a beauty and we love her more everyday. I can't believe she's already 3 months! As Kolby said yesterday, before we know it she'll be going to prom...ahh! Every time I hold her I think about all the fun things in life we'll do together. Late night chats about boys, chick flicks, painting each others' nails, and maybe she'll even call me everyday in college and tell me every little detail about her life, just like I did with my mom...haha.
Oh and here's a real life mom moment...all I wanted was to get one nice family pic at the tulip festival. Well, on the way there, Presley blew out and ruined her outfit. Kai stuck his fingers too far in his throat and made himself throw up...all over his white shirt. These two were quite the sight! Me, being the super mom that I am, had no extra change of clothes for Kai. Obviously I'm just really killing it at this whole mom thing. :) On top of it all, Kai refused to nap that day and was the grumpiest kid ever, throwing tantrums most of the time. He hated when I tried to hold him for a picture...but at least me and Presley got to enjoy it :)
